At Ground Group Ltd we’re dedicated to letting out great properties, but what makes them great?
Initially we consider their location; we have three sites close to the town centre (within a 0.5 mile walk) and all other sites are within 5 miles of DN1 postcode and within easy access of transport links. We do have on site parking allocations at the majority of our sites. We always strive for quality in our lettings, which is why all of our flats are completely refurbished to include new gas central heating boilers, shower and kitchen to include oven hob and extractor (Site utility dependent). We also have a dedicated maintenance team should they be required. Please note that the majority of our lets are A band council tax.
We take your safety very seriously which is why we have CCTV installed to our town centre sites and secure access to buildings. It is important to us that our lets are disabled friendly. Looking to rent a property from us? Great! Please be aware that we only offer lets to working people.
