The Vine Pub, in a prime location on one of Doncaster’s main arterial routes, has been purchased by The Ground Group as a potential development opportunity.

The site has now been levelled and will soon be available for immediate letting for potential uses including carwash, forecourt or showroom.

The site also has longer term redevelopment potential for a residential or office sheme, (subject to planning)
